The complete executive assessment.
Six disciplines, one coordinated day, one integrated view of an executive’s health. Optimise is the full ExecCare programme: the sessions lead into each other and the doctor closes the loop before the executive leaves.
Who the executive sees
What each session covers
Medical assessment. A comprehensive assessment with a review of the haematology and biochemistry profile to determine health risk. Focus areas include cancer risk, heart disease risk, metabolic syndrome, cognitive and mental health status, and sleep patterns. Vision and audio screening available where indicated.
Pathology. Lipogram, glucose, HbA1c, fasting insulin, kidney and liver function, stool examination for occult blood for executives over 40, full blood count, ESR, ultrasensitive CRP, urine, uric acid, TSH/PSA and Pap smear. Bone density and mammography on request.
Fitness and ergonomics. Body composition, fitness testing, posture, flexibility, musculoskeletal review, lung function testing and ECG, including stress ECG, spirometry and graded fitness testing covering strength and VO₂ max.
Diet and nutrition. A nutritional intervention developed from a comprehensive analysis of eating habits, preferences, intolerances and business travel demands. Eating for sustained energy is a speciality.
Personal mastery. Evaluation supporting high competence in behavioural risk areas including burnout, work-life balance and family responsibilities.
Longevity assessment. A functional capacity assessment built around the physical qualities that decide how well an executive lives in their later decades: muscular strength, grip strength, stability and balance, mobility, and aerobic capacity, with practical steps to build and hold them.
Therapeutic massage. A 30 to 60 minute session addressing posture or flexibility impairment, specific muscle group spasm, and the need for stress alleviation or mental relaxation.
Blood is drawn onsite on the day of the medical, with results back within roughly three hours. The doctor reviews live results with the executive before they leave, not two days later and not at a separate location.
